DIFFERENT ENERGIES Learn to tell the difference between Ghosts, negative energy, Lost Souls, your Spirit Loved-ones, and demons - each has its own type of energy. GHOSTS are NOT negative or bad, not necessarily scary either. Ghosts are spirits that have either not gone into the Heavenly realms, or have passed-over but choose to come back n remain in their physical locality. Ghosts can often be felt as a cold spot in the room. LOST SOULS are spirits who do not know where or how to get to the Heavenly realms. Perhaps they did not believe in God or in life after death. So once they find themselves still living after they have died totally confuses them, they don’t know what they are meant to do n so wander around lost. It is then up to a physical person, a psychic, to help them to move on, into the Light where they are meant to be. As lost souls vibration is more physical than etheric, it is up to a physical person to help them n deal with them, sending them on their way. It annoys me when people make money by advertising their haunted house. Instead of making money from it, it is up to each individual to TRY to help lost souls to move on, into the Heavenly realms of spirit. Quite often a “haunting” is simply a shadow of a happening in the location. An amount of energy that remains after an incident, making it appear like there is still a spirit in residence there. NEGATIVE ENERGY is simply a vibration of low heavy energy. We can all sense it when we walk into a room after an argument has taken place. Sometimes negative energy lingers after there has been a bombing, a war, death, etc. It will continue to linger n grow until someone does a cleansing, something to transform it into positive energy. Negative energy will attract more negativity to it (like attracts like) and it can get so bad it can manifest physically. Enough negative energy can literally take on a life of its own. This is how “greeblies” manifest. Greeblies are nasty mischievous energies that can cause havoc and physical harm if not dealt with. SPIRIT LOVED-ONES come visiting us with their own vibration, often one we are familiar with and can recognize. DEMONS are the worst type of negativity to exist. They can only be dealt with by persons with experience in this field. They are best not talked about for fear they will be drawn to you. It really annoys me when I hear some psychics refer to ghosts n Lost souls as demons. They are nothing alike! The most common form of energy we will encounter in our homes or work place is NEGATIVE ENERGY, which can easily be transformed into positive energy, when we use white sage, white light and intention to do so.

Balsamic Roasted Fig, Fennel & Arugula Salad.Fennel seems to thrive year-round here in southern California, which make me a very happy lady when it comes to salad concocting. In fall and winter, fennel takes on deeper, richer notes, paired with heavier, sweeter flavors. As the weather cools, I’ll begin cooking the fennel as well. For now, a transitional moment with fresh fennel, roasted figs, and goat’s cheese. Summer waning into fall. This salad unites the curious brightness of fennel with the intensity of figs roasted in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, smoked salt, and fresh thyme. The figs nearly caramelize, sizzling and blistering and making this salad a sexy adventure of a dish.Read more and get the recipe here.
